Jacob Ostrowski

About me

Jacob is a native of Houston, Texas, with one sibling and a supporting family. Jacob has had a passion for creativity and artistic views from a young age, always searching for thought-provoking viewpoints and new perspectives. This passion progressed to a love of different forms of art such as photography, music, films, and impressionist art. These passions mixed with his keen sense of technology led him to digital photography and videography.

Jacob bought his first serious DSLR camera in 2015 when his talents really started to shine. While in college in West Texas at Texas Tech University, he fell in love with landscape and travel photography as he could travel to many locations around the state and country. Once he began formal photography classes at University he grew his network and expanded travel opportunities to New Zealand, London, and Paris. Captured stunning images that led to a few online publications and published in “The Photographers Forum” Best of 2018 photo book. He spent 3 years living in the beautiful mountain town of Boulder Colorado after graduating from university. This is where he developed a love for videography as he worked as the Director of Marketing for BEERMKR. He currently resides in Austin Texas working as the Head of Digital Media at Desert Door. While in Austin he has accumulated a variety of clients from the popular Korean restaurant Oseyo, to the nationally branded sparkling water company Waterloo. Others include; Communal Cowboy, Odd Lounge, Mantra Materials, and various musical artists.

  • Schedule and publish content: Use a scheduling tool to schedule the content for publication on the social media account. Publish the content at optimal times for engagement with the target audience.

  • Monitor and engage with the audience: Use analytics tools to monitor engagement and track the performance of the social media account. Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages, and by initiating conversations.
